Carousel Ride

We took Garrett to ride the carousel before supper since there would not be too many people there on a weeknight, and he was not very enthused by his first ride.  He liked it fine until it started moving, then he was trying to cling on to momma!! 

He wanted off!!

Once it was time to leave, he decided he would pet the horse.

Usually when we are eating, Garrett will grunt and reach in the direction of our plate wanting a drink of our tea, but last night was different.  We would try to give him some tea and he would just turn his head, and then go back to grunting and reaching.  Finally, we figured out that he wanted the corn on the cob!!  Somehow he must have been watching us eat it because he knew exactly how it was supposed to be eaten.  So he nibbled on corn on the cob the rest of our meal and was as happy as he could be :)
