Our Beach Trip

Memorial Day weekend usually has the perfect weather for being at the beach.  It's sunny, a little windy, and not too hot!  Perfect setting for small children.
We ate at Fisherman's Corner, King Neptunes- a hole in the wall, but they have some of the best fried shrimp with new potatoes and corn on the cob--, and Ribs and Reds.
He's ready to play in the sand already!

We've barely been here an hour and he couldn't stand it--had to go swim!

Mother's Day

We are so grateful to have so many wonderful women in our life, and we are very thankful for each and everything they do for us.

The attitude you have as
a parent is what your kids
will learn from more than
what you tell them.
They don't remember
what you try to teach them.

They remember what
you are.

-Jim Henson

I love this little boy more than he could ever imagine.

Children
will not remember
you for the material
things you provided
But for the feeling
that  you cherished them.
