The Birthday Party

Lots of thanks to our family for helping us pull off a wonderful party.  It's a tough task to plan a party with a newborn, so half of this wouldn't have happened if they hadn't been so very helpful!

The child loves, loves, loves heavy equipment so I thought it only fitting to be the theme.

Garrett's party this year was at Kid's Town.  We grilled hot dogs and had sandwiches, chips and cupcakes.

Garrett's 3rd Birthday

Since I was still in the hospital from having my appendix removed the day before, Kaki took him to play at the park by our house.

His favorite treat was getting a sprinkled donut with candles for breakfast.

Birthday weekend

The grandparent's went in with us to get Garrett a play set for his birthday.  So the weekend before his birthday we had their assistance to put it together.
